Profile Cutting: Performed using specialized non-standard wire cutting for non-square/circular geometries.
Grinding: Applied for complex shapes and precision contour finishing to ensure dimensional and geometric tolerance.
Demagnetization & Charging: Initial demagnetization followed by precise magnetization to prevent deviation after assembly.
Laser Engraving: N-pole marking, customizable with logos or serial codes.
4. Surface Treatment & Coating
To enhance corrosion resistance and visual quality, the following surface treatments are applied:

6.1 Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS):

6.2 Thermal Demagnetization Test:
Storage in oven at 80℃ for 2 hours (customizable)
Demagnetization rate ≤10% considered acceptable

6.3 Drop Test Notice:
Not suitable for “tool magnet” drop tests due to neodymium’s brittle nature
Strong impacts may cause chipping or cracking
